Governing the curriculum, materials, intellectual property, and conduct of the Junior Robotics Camp delivered by Nova Generation Limited in partnership with Scooby Doo’s Boom.
Effective for the engagement between Nova Generation Limited and Scooby Doo’s Boom.
These terms govern the delivery of the Junior Robotics Camp curriculum, materials, and training services by Nova Generation Limited ("Nova Generation", "we", "us") in partnership with Scooby Doo’s Boom ("the Partner"). By engaging Nova Generation for this camp, the Partner agrees to the terms set out below.
| "Curriculum" | The five-day lesson plans, trainer scripts, build instructions, and supporting materials developed by Nova Generation for this camp. |
| "Materials" | All physical kits, electronic components, pre-programmed boards, branded signage, and printed documents supplied for the camp. |
| "Trainers" | Tonny Nteza and Rahmah Nanyonga, or any other personnel assigned by Nova Generation to deliver the camp. |
| "Participants" | Children aged 8–15 enrolled in the camp through the Partner. |
The Curriculum, all lesson plans, trainer scripts, build documentation, branded design assets, and any original teaching methodology developed for this camp remain the sole and exclusive property of Nova Generation Limited at all times, both during and after this engagement.
2.1No part of the Curriculum may be copied, reproduced, distributed, taught by a third party, or used to deliver a similar camp without the prior written consent of Nova Generation Limited.
2.2The Partner is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Curriculum solely for the purpose of this specific camp engagement, and for no other purpose.
2.3Any photographs, videos, or documentation of the camp produced by Nova Generation remain the property of Nova Generation Limited, subject to Clause 6 (Media & Photography).
2.4The "Nova Generation" name, logo, and brand assets remain the exclusive property of Nova Generation Limited and may not be used by the Partner outside the scope of this engagement without written permission.
3.1Nova Generation will provide qualified trainers (Tonny Nteza and Rahmah Nanyonga, or suitable replacements of equal competence) for the full duration of the camp.
3.2Trainers will conduct all sessions in line with the agreed safety protocols, particularly regarding the use of batteries, electrical components, and tools appropriate for the stated age group.
3.3Should a named trainer be unavailable for any session, Nova Generation will provide a suitably qualified replacement and notify the Partner in advance wherever possible.
4.1All electrical components used in this camp are low-voltage (battery-powered, 1.5V–9V) and selected for age-appropriate safety. No mains electricity is used at any point in the curriculum.
4.2The Partner is responsible for ensuring appropriate adult supervision ratios are maintained throughout each session, in addition to the assigned Nova Generation trainers.
4.3The Partner is responsible for collecting any necessary parental or guardian consent for Participant attendance, including consent for the activities described in the Curriculum.
Nova Generation will exercise reasonable care and follow the safety protocols set out in the Curriculum. The Partner remains responsible for general child welfare, supervision ratios, venue safety, and parental consent for the duration of the engagement.
5.1All kits and components supplied for the camp remain the property of Nova Generation Limited until the relevant capstone build is formally handed to each Participant at the conclusion of Day 5.
5.2Materials lost, damaged, or rendered unusable due to misuse outside of normal supervised use may be replaced at the Partner's cost, where applicable, by prior agreement.
6.1Nova Generation and the Partner may each capture photographs and video of camp sessions for promotional and documentation purposes, subject to consent obtained from Participants' parents or guardians by the Partner.
6.2Any joint promotional use of camp media will credit both "Nova Generation Limited" and "Scooby Doo’s Boom" appropriately.
6.3Neither party will use camp media in a manner that could embarrass, endanger, or misrepresent Participants.
7.1The Curriculum, trainer scripts, and any pre-programmed source code or board configurations shared during this engagement are confidential and provided solely for the delivery of this camp.
7.2The Partner agrees not to share, copy, or disclose the Curriculum to any third party without the written consent of Nova Generation Limited.
8.1This engagement covers the five-day camp as scheduled. Any rescheduling of sessions must be agreed in writing by both parties with reasonable advance notice.
8.2Should either party need to cancel a session due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, both parties will act in good faith to reschedule at the earliest mutually convenient date.
9.1Fees, payment schedule, and any commercial terms relating to this engagement are set out separately in the accompanying partnership agreement between Nova Generation Limited and Scooby Doo’s Boom.
10.1These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uganda.
